About Gail Cassidy
Gail’s primary interest has been in teaching in some form. After four years as a high school English teacher, Gail worked for IBM as an instructor/writer. Later she was manager of instruction for Dale Carnegie Corporation where she also prepared new instructors for their in-depth training program.
Her most impactful teaching situation involved high school dropouts, ages 18 to 25, many former prison inmates and many awaiting their trials. From them she learned more than all of her previous training; namely, there is something special about everyone, no matter their background and/or circumstances.
